Our Rosé is a Rosé d'Assemblage: destemmed grapes are poured in a submerged hat tank, in order to keep the marc (the grapes) under the wine. This process a better extraction of soluble materials, giving the wine an astringent taste, rich in tannins and very colourful.

The Rosé Croix d'Irval is elegent and sweet with a touch of red fruits, its aromas will be perfectly revealed by a dessert served with fruits.
