The assemblage is predominantly Pinot Meuniers (75-80%), while the rest is Pinot Noirs and Chardonnays.

This champagne is generous, its delicate bubbles are never intrusive, the mouth is fruity, with great persistence and very elegant. It totally reflects the discreet dimension expected from a premier cru.
